BOPP Films
Manufacturing Process
BOPP films are manufactured on specialized BOPP film extrusion lines. The molten polymer is extruded through a flat die and cast onto a chilled roll where thickness uniformity is achieved.
The film is then stretched biaxially (longitudinally and transversely) to enhance its strength and mechanical properties.
After orientation, the film passes through a cooling and annealing section to fix dimensional stability and is finally rewound into large rolls ready for printing, lamination, and packaging applications.
